If you could, would you still be working with Cerberus?

Whatever Cerberus did I am quite certain they aren't responsible for mass murder...yet.

And if Shep doesn't do that, what happens to every Batarian in that system when the Reapers take it?
Actually, that's rhetorical. Every Batarian in that system is dead no matter what Shep does.

The Arrival DLC. Can it be justified? Oh sure as hell, but it's still 300.000 people dead, most of whom weren't even Batarians but Batarian prisoners.

Not that that would make that assertion make any sense. Shepard:
a. Didn't have a choice. Well, not one that ended up with those people staying alive, in any case.
b. Didn't do it to spread terror for the purpose of advancing some ideological/political agenda.

Would you have Shep hasten the doom of trillions for the sake of "clean" hands, while the 300,000 he spares all die anyway?

you can't confirm that Kenson and her group were all indoctrinated they easily could've mislead Shepard to turn the Galaxxy aginsst him/her and each other to make their invasion that much easierKilljoy Cutter wrote...

What life? Some bacteria? Aratoht was the only world with a biosphere (and one that was heavily modified by the batarians).

Yes, and I can't confirm it all wasn't a trick played by an Invisible Pink Unicorn either. Irrelevant. The evidence we have is what matters, and it's solidly against your ad-hoc hypothesis.

LOL@ people calling Cerberus a terrorist organization, when Shepard him/herself committed the largest terrorist crime since the Rachni Wars
Just so you know, "terrorist" intend to use terror in order to get what they want and to force their way among other, because usualy "terrorist" are a very smal minority (very noisy and dangerous though).
The arrival and system destruction was not a terrorist act, since there was no terrorist motive behind it.

How does the motive change the fact it was genocide? It doesn't and it wasn't what I was saying.
I just don't pretend that what Shepard did there can be labeled as anything else then mass murder/genocide.

Terrorism is an act carried out by a small group of individuals with the intent of making political changes. Not something Shepard or even TIM did. I don't see TIM blowing up buildings or killing civilians on the street. I see TIM doing experiments on aliens and using a spy network to try and gain a political hold in Citadel Space, that's not terrorism.

Yes, which would be the Bahak system, not the entire cluster. So, again: just Aratoht.

Not why Shepard did it. It was done solely to slow them down. If you want to pretend that's why your Shep did it, fine. There's no in-game evidence that supports the notion, however.

According to leaked ME3 Beta script, you can join Cerberus and Illusive Man later on to defeat Reapers and save Earth.

The Reapers never needed the Alpha Relay they are hitting multiple systems by the time they attack Earth. Your evidence is Kenson's team thinks the Alpha Relay is pivotal in the Reaper Invasion it turns out it wasn't reallly needed
