Why is everyone an officer like a LT or something? There's not enough enlisted Alliance Marines in the future. Where's the Sergeants and Corporals and Privates and Staff Sergeants?

It's been a while since I've looked at the leaks, but I do remember some enlisted soldiers you can have long conversations with on the Normandy and the Citadel (I think?). They had banter and stuff too.

An incomplete version of the ME3 singleplayer and multiplayer demo was leaked onto Xbox Live temporarily, and some people found .tlk files with a significant amount of (apparently outdated) dialogue, story scenes and random writing comments.

Also: while there's always the possibility Cortez could be open to both Shepards, my interpretation of the leaks is that he's not (well, at least in that version). They go to very... obvious... lengths to show that he's gay, and he doesn't express interest in women (in one scene he looks at random people in the crowd rather than asari strippers, say). There's also some dialogue that I've forgotten.

Wait now Ash is the same rank as Shepard? She got bumped from grunt to high level officer in two games? Come on man, it's like true blood, everyone's a thing. So it's an entire ship of officers? Yeah, that seems realistic.

I wonder if there will be a new female romance. Because in all other bioware games it's been even, you know 2 females, 2 males. In ME3 it's looking to be two females, three males. I wonder if that other one will be a romance for maleshep. That'd be weird.

It doesn't look like it...

You can start 'new' relationships with six characters (five in any given playthrough), two of which look to be m/m and f/f only. Of the other four, one is bisexual and the other three we don't have enough information to judge yet. 

There are also some other characters that seem to have romance dialogue, but they aren't identified as actual LIs by conversation choices (e.g. the responses Shepard can give when someone asks about their LI).
