It's so tempting. I think my LEAST favorite would be the engineer. With that said - because they're getting the turret, I think I'm going to enjoy them more. However, I'm definitely not importing that class first.
So..either soldier or adept. Both seem incredibly fun.

Hm, can't decide between soldier, vanguard, and infiltrator. May go with Soldier first as a general run through before trying the other classes.

Sentinel, who will be promptly remade into a Vanguard. Why? Because I did a subsequent play through as a Vanguard, and my canon Shep is jealous.

Cannon character for me is a soldier, so she's up first. After that is up to taste. Vanguard or Infiltrator classes probably.

Simple, he is my main Shepard, and he always gets untouched playthroughs (no reloads for a bad decision, (except once), no tinkering, not reading anything about puzzles (if there's any), quests, story, etc. before that particular playthrough is over, etc).
And I love slapping Conrad in the ass with a Singularity.
