Mine will be my soldier from ME1 first. Then not so sure after that.

I'm saving a full (ME1, ME2, ME3) Soldier play through for ME 3 release in March. I figure if I start the run through in mid February, I should be ready for import into ME 3 when it finally arrives. Amazon has game day release delivery for an extra dollar, so we'll see how that works out. Usually takes me ~2 weeks per game for a full play through.

Cannon character for me is a soldier, so she's up first. After that is up to taste. Vanguard or Infiltrator classes probably.
Ditto on the first part. I am currently running an Adept through Mass Effect (Just saved the Rachni Queen on Noveria). Haven't decided who goes after the soldier. I have most classes represented.

Soldier, for two reasons:
1. My first-run, I-have-no-idea-what-the-hell-I'm-doing Shepard is a soldier.
2. I want to get a handle on the altered flow of combat before I start dicking around with special powers and stuff.

Was going to be inflitrator, but now I am leaning more towards engineer.
Being able to pick our weapons this time around makes it even more accessible than before.

My first import will be my Chris Shepard (war hero spacer engineer) since he is mostly paragon along with most of the choices I would have made. Next will be my Robert Shepard (Ruthless, Earthborn, vanguard) which is my polar opposite of my main Chris just to see how the game turns out differently. Afterwards, I'll import my two female character Vera and Jane to see how a neutral Shepard would do in this story plus when you are a different gender you sometimes get extra dialogue (eg. Harkin in ME1 and the batarian recruiter in ME2).

Infil-->Soldier-->Vanguard-->Adept-->Sentinel-->Engineer, after that order, whatever the hell I feel like, I have like 17+ UNIQUE sheps, no 2nd playthroughs.

Sentienl (Because she was my first Shep)
Vanguard (Because he's my favorite
)
Engineer or Adept (Can't decide. It'll be whatever I feel at that moment after my first 2 playthroughs)
My other Sheps can wait until those 4 are done. :-)

My canon Shep is a vanguard, so vanguard will be my first class to go through ME3. Oddly enough, it would be interesting to try soldier first to get the feel of the game, but my canon goes first.

Infiltrator. Why ? Because nothing else matters.
Now the question remains if my Infiltrator gets to keep his Energy Drain bonus power. And, for that matter, what new powers we will be getting...

Soldier first, so I can get the feel of the game and study the layouts. Once I'm comfortable, I'll import my Vanguard and charge everywhere.

Well... I most likely will be using infiltrator for first run. Doesn't really matter what I import.

Once I've run through my 5 careers on Story Mode, I'll replay on RPG and go:
1.) Sentinel (my master-key class)
2.) Vanguard
3.) Adept (pretty much just Vanguard-lite for my purposes)
4.) Soldier
5.) Engineer (most fun when you know what to expect and where)
*edit* spacing fail.

My canon and probably only Shepard forever will be my Engiiner..I can't imagine my specific Shepard being anything else. I can't imagine other Shepards x.x Don't know anything besides the turret for the ME3, engineer. Really excited
