I've read that if you enter Watcher's Keep at low level, the statues that drop Foebane +3 and Usuno's don't spawn. Is this correct information, or has it been fixed by the official patch/G3 fixpack? I looked through the documentation of both, but I couldn't find anything, and I'm just wondering if it's possible to acquire both early on in the game?

Both items should be available, this is with the G3 fixpack.

Half of them don't spawn if level is lower than 14, but the ones carrying the two weapons are not part of this group.
