I have only two
Female Vanguard Paragon ending.
Female Adept Paragon ending.

The first (my main), a very Paragon bachelor Shep Infiltrator that went with Tali in ME2, completed every possible mission.

The second, also a very Paragon (albeit more snarky) Vanguard who decided she was better off with Garrus after the debacle on Horizon, also completed every possible mission.

I've got a male Sentinel (formerly Infiltrator), also Paragon but disgruntled enough to pull Renegade stunts every now and then, most of the way through ME2- just have a couple missions left, but I don't think I'll have time to play him before ME3 comes out. I'm waiting to see some story bits in ME3 before deciding if he's going to stay with Liara or not.

So, 2, or 2.8, depending on how one defines "ready".

Damn, I only have 2 I intend to import right off the bat (until we all know how to get the ultimate ending).

Both male Paragon Vanguards, one with a Liara romance and Kaidan surviving, the other with Ashley romanced and her surviving.

I have about 6 ME1 + ME2 careers ready to go; one with a Kaiden romance, one with a Liara romance, two with ME 2 romances, and two with no romances.'Careers' matter little to someone like me who prefers story arcs.

I'm upset, my last play through , soldier romance of ashley, faithful was supposed to be my canon start but i screwed up and got part of the crew liquified. I better start another playthrough.

I have 17 "finished" games

Only 4 are 100% done with all the DLC missions completed, 2 male 2 female, all adepts (my favorite) and one renegade and one paragon of each gender.

Seven 3 renagades 3 paragons and one vanguard who attempted to kill everyone off I only have kusami left and those with plot armor.

15 in various states of completion. though it looks like quite a few of those might get shelved permanently, depending on how ME3 turns out.

disproportionate number of vanguards. only one soldier. mostly paragon or paragade, though I have a few renegades/renegons in the mix.

some saved everyone, others lost people, some kept the base, some destroyed it, I played around with different combinations and personalities, tried all the romances, have a few Shepards that are single.

Got about 6 or so complete. Another 3 incomplete. Had been planning at least one more but not going to do that anymore. I'll import 1 and see how annoyed i am as to whether i import anymore.

12 completed, 2 incomplete. I've decided to kill Tali and Garrus or keep them unloyal in the last 2. The most used class is Infiltrator.
