Just the one for me. I wanted to make the most perfect run I could for myself since ME1 and now it's ready to tackle ME3. I won't be touching the first two games for a LONG time after this.

I have two. A male paragon with a perfect playthrough, and a non-ME1 import female renegade with some of her squad dead.

About 3 Finished (as in done the Omega Relay) and 3 that I'm currently doing, plus 2 canon Adept LPs (I did the same in both, but except the Virmire choice, oh yeah and one of them is on Insanity)

TL;DR: 4 done, 4 doing, 8 total (with 2 more planned)

I ended my 4th play some days ago. And now I have 4 Shepard's:
male paragon sentinel (romance Ashley in ME cheated with Tali in ME2)
male renegade engineer (no scars on face, romance Liara loyal)
female renegade vanguard (scars and no romance in ME, romance with Thane in ME2)
female paragon adept (romance Liara loyal).

but i just installed ME 1 a few days ago, so will go thru part one and two again serveral times to get everything possible out of it.

10 full ME1-ME2 playthroughs, one for each background/service record combination plus a double(I needed both a male and female Liara-mance). I also have 18 additional ME2-only playthroughs, but almost none of them are complete. My goal is to have them ready by late-February, then do a complete playthrough of my canon Shepard in the leadup to ME3. I have a lot written up about each playthrough, since it adds to the experience for me.

As for how they go down class-wise, I have 6 Soldiers(3 male, 3 female), 3 Adepts(1 male, 2 female), 3 Engineers(2 male, 1 female), 5 Sentinels(2 male, 3 female), 6 Infiltrators(3 male, 3 female) and 5 vanguards(3 male, 2 female).

Romance-wise, its a little complicated. Every gender has two complete, loyal romances for every LI, one paragon and one renegade. Liara gets four, since I have each gender romancing her twice. That comes out to 20 of my 28 Shepards being "taken". As for the other 8, I keep them single, they lose their LI in the SM, or they are with Kelly/Samara.  I keep them open for the new LIs in ME3. Only two of my Shepards 'cheat' on their ME1 LI(one for each gender).

I've got a pretty even split for renegades and paragons across all playthroughs. There is some variance due to role-playing, but its pretty much 50-50 across both genders.Of the major decisions, though:
Rachni Queen: 21 times Saved, 7 times Killed.
VS:  50-50 split.
Wrex: 20 times Saved, 8 times Killed
Council: 13 Killed/15 Saved
Collector Base: 15 times Destroyed, 13 times Saved 
Deaths in the SM(rough): 108 out of a possible 336 deaths. Every character dies at least three times(and at least once per gender). Only two Shepards(My canon male and female) escape with their entire squads intact, and the Minumum number of living squadmates per playthrough is 4. I haven't decided how many times my crew will die(I know, I'm evil), but I think that Chakwas is immune(I have a soft spot for the old doctor). And as a rule all squadmates are recruited(including waking up Legion and Grunt) and all loyalty missions complete before I start the SM.

There's only one decision I have yet to make. I can't save Morinth. I'm sorry, but I just can't find a reason any one of my Shepards would save her after she killed Nef in cold blood for no other reason than her own sick pleasure. Best guess is that I'll play a few ME3-only playthroughs, and I'll just do my own private retcon to justify the decision.
As you can probably guess...I...don't get out much. Don't judge me.

Working on number 12. (That is complete playthroughs of ME1 and ME2). All FemSheps. Have at least one of each class, 2 adept, and the rest Vanguards. (I did find that I enjoyed playing Sentiel also, so may do another run in that class).

Will probably work on a couple of more inbetween Skyrim and Kingdoms of Amular.

6 complete ME1/ME2 runs, the rest are just ME2. If Skryim doesn't take up all of my time I will probably do some more complete runs.
