I'd call them The Reaper Wars. Considering multiple groups are fighting against the Reapers in separate locations, independent from each other, it's not a single war, rather there are multiple wars going on everywhere.

Or, if winning the game with no casualties is as easy as ME2 then it might be called 'The siege of Shepard'.

100 years after ME3:
