Pinnacle Station DLC is not mentioned in Mass Effect 2.
However, there is some unused audio in Mass Effect 2 mentioning Pinnacle Station.

Well, I don't know if the Pinnacle Station and Vidinos commando mentioned anyway or only if you played/have the DLC, but a side mission mention and give you war assets. That's all. Nothing major and you don't meet any of the characters from PS DLC. Not like BDtS DLC.
