For those like myself who have been fervently obsessing over every golden word to drip from Todd Howard's mouth for the last year, you will probably be skipping school, work and meals in an attempt to maximise your time with Skyrim right now.

However, before anyone else can ask, I want to know:

Skyrim or Dragon Age 2?

The question was inevitable.  And now, as faithful gamers, we must place judgement on these installments in two of the most renowned RPG franchises in existence.

To make this evaluation easier, I've included the following categories which I believe are worth addressing:

1: The gameplay.  Includes combat, crafting, character creation, travel, looting and leveling.

2: The world.  Includes overall setting, dungeons, factions (eg. The Companions/ Grey Wardens) and points of conflict (eg. The Qunari in DA/The Rebellion in Skyrim)

3: The Story.  Includes the characters, the character relationships (including romance), the overall storyline, the telling of the story and the dialogue.

4.  The graphics.  Includes the world graphics (arhitecture/static objects/environments), the character animations, expressions and appearances.

5. The sound.  Includes the voice acting, the music and the sound effects.

6.  The final verdict.  You're the fans.  Nuts to what IGN says, I'm interested in YOUR opinions.  Which game wins this showdown?
