Does anyone know if the rune of fortune stacks or not? I was reading through my game guide book, and in one place it mentions that it does stack and in another place, it says that it doesn't stack.
I usually stack them in act 1, and about halfway through act 2, Ive got plenty gold, so I switch to something else.
I was able to confirm that rune of valiance doesn't stack. I stacked them all up in my first run through...lol..then on second play I read about them not stacking! It is easy to see the attributes rise the inital plus 2, but nothing after that.
Not as easy to tell if the rune of fortune is working at 5 percent increase with each stacked rune.
Does Rune of Fortune stack or not?

Runes of Fortune stack. Oh, boy, do they ever stack. There's a guide in the Gameplay an Strategy forum detailing how to become spectacularly wealthy exploiting this.
Runes of Valiance do not stack, alas, as you have already discovered. They're the only armor runes that don't, AFAIK.

thank you! I do usually stack the fortune runes, especially in the first act, since I like to get most of the "special green potions" to level up with attributes and skills/spells, I need some extra scratch!
my guide book says that each fortune rune adds additional 5 percent to the amount of the coin drop. ( when it isn't saying they don't stack!)
By the time the halfway point of act 2 arrives, Im pretty set with gold, and have not much else to buy...lol! By act 3, I just buy a bunch of potions and poisons, and use them for fun more than anything!
In my current game, I went into the deep roads expedition in act 1 with 46 silver in my pocket,,,lol! But I was set with everything else! It is my second run with a rouge PC. Ive gone a couple times as mage and warrior, so trying the rouge build now! Running with 7 runes of fortune, I figure thats around 35 percent increase in coin loot! it adds up quick, especially on the night runs through the streets, and the wave attacks flow!
