Dragon age and mass effect in the same universe?

I'm pretty sure that Ferelden is really Albion, and that we're fighting the forces of Chaos with each blight and for whatever reason we're trying to refuse Estalian and Tilean help.

Wouldn't Orlais be closer to Bretonnia? :P

While it would be unfair to compare the two, the darkspawn aren't, to what I've seen, in the same league as the forces of Chaos in Warhammer Fantasy. Of course, the 'scale problem' of both Warhammer Fantasy and 40k have been an issue (for some, anyway), but still...

Edit: it would be 'fun', though, if the two settings shared the same universe. (Elves? Slaves? No, says Teclis! :o Dwarves doomed?!? Not if Gotrek and Felix can help it! Then there'd be weird debates as to whether or not Lyrium and Warpstone are one and the same and which of the two are better...)
Tho' equating Ferelden to Albion seems a bit...off? Isn't Albion mostly swampland or jungle? (I think most of my reference about it is from 'Giantslayer')
