I like Kaidan be cause he doesn't feel a need to attention ****. He doesn't try hard to prove himself like more macho characters do. He's confident, but he's not pigheaded about it and I like that he's conscientious and approachable.

He's a normal guy. Not perfect charm, but his guy next door appeal is exactly what endears him to his fans.

That, and he's got cute puppy dog eyes and is big on loyalty. Just an honest gay's opinion. I'm sure many will like Vega too (I like him, at least), but Kaidan is that guy you can come home to. He's grounded.

You speak of true awesomeness.

Dude is a good guy, I didn't actually find him boring, the stories of him on Jump Zero are kinda cool., It'll be interesting seeing him now as a Spectre and a Major in ME3. (one of my playthroughs saved him on Virmire, since Liara was my LI in ME1.)
