ew destroy this. im so sickntired of this hairy chest crap with bioware characters.

you know, in real life men actualy have chest hair.  the ones you see in pictures shave it off, the same way women shave their legs.  its sad really, that we have such trouble accepting something so natural.

There's a reason they shave it off. Beastiality is very illegal.

Besides...You can't see my chest hair, and they're are a lot of men who don't have any.

Chest hair... I has it.

This (my fiancee luvs it)
Oh and thanks for the mental image ...

Or in BSN speak, one persons favourite character who happens to be popular is another persons hipster status whipping boy/girl/alien.  And here I was thinking that disparaging the popularity of one character to boost an opinion on another was so last year.

Character fandom politics aside, my personal observation is that many Kaidan fans are just loyal to their favourite character.  And they've been able to remain loyal despite poor writing on Bioware's part.  This likely speaks of the appeal that someone of Kaidan's character/personality has for many individuals.  Some have perhaps been suffering in a bit of silence or even seething that other characters have been shown favouritism.    Now the VS has been confirmed for ME3 the fans are coming out, so to speak (no pun intended).

Oh and I think he's quite a lovely too.

Ouch....that's pretty harsh.

And the talent of a pop singer is irrelevant. The measure of any artist's talent is always subjective. There are people who think Picasso simply couldn't draw, that Van Gogh was an overrated idiot, and that Jackson ****** was a one-trick pony. One person's genius is another person's hack.

You have a very sensible and understanding arguement ^_^  I for one hate Picasso's art!!
I went to his museum and there was only beastiality there :( it was the most disgusting thing I had ever seen.

@Dinosuaract
If you say a little male chest hair is beastiality then what would garrus and thane romances be? You're getting it on with a lizard and a chicken... I don't know how it can get much worse then that... and you say Kaidan having chest hair is like beastiality? the hell?

Edit: I'm not trying to insult thane or garrus, just trying to get a point across:unsure:

what, you are serious aren't you.  wow... just wow.

no,m they shave it off, becasue our western culture is idiotic.  bodybuilders started shaving it off, becasue it shows off the muscle better, swimmers were shaving it off, becasue it allowed them to swim faster and then general public decided tocatch on.  but normal men (and women) have body hair and there's NOTHING wrong with it.  comparing chest hair to bestiality, holy crap.  I don't even know where to begin, there's just so much wrong with that statement.

I... I should go before I start getting truly personal with you.

It's funny because he could never accept women then, they'd all be in the "beastiality" brackets to him because they have hair on their legs/arms/head, HOLY ****, THE ENTIRE HUMAN POPULATION IS BEASTIALITY BECAUSE WE ALL HAVEV HAIR, BETTER COMMIT SUICIDE!

It does not make any sense.

What the hell???

Lady Gaga is the ONLY musical artist with a shred of talent in today's awful garbage known as Pop. It's everyone else who lacks it.

Please, how can anyone deny the sexyness that is Varric? :o:wub:

Anyways wasn't this thread about Kaidan?

I think alot of people just don't give him enough of a chance and couldn't if they weren't planning on romancing the guy. It is sad Bioware made it so you only get to know your crew really well if you actually romanced them. I hope that is changed in ME3, I want real friendships with my crew dammit!

Yeah, when I first started playing Mass Effect I didn't really pay any attention to Kaidan; being a ManShep, I didn't get much conversation. But after watching my sister romance him I decided to bring him with me on missions alot more, then I started to appreciate his character.

You can't get that  personal. We're both behind a computer. I have my tastes, you have yours. I don't really see it as beastiality (it's calle exaggeration, dur dur), but it's my right to if I did....

Correction. This thread is about Lady Gaga, pop, waxing vs shaving, bestiality, whipping boys, Isaacshep's accounts, Michael Jackson, Piccaso, bodybuilders, swimmers, jewelledleah's death threats, and to a lesser extent, the healthiness of too much photomanips.

Adele.  of the top of my head.  I'm sure I could think of more, given time, but I've been listening to Adele too much lately.

Gaga is not completely tallentless, but she is most certainly overrated.  when you take away the fluff and the shock value, her songs are simplistic silly little things.  which is kinda sad, as when she puts her mind to it, she can actualy sing.  80% of the time, she doesn't and goes for the flash instead.  to quote one of my favorite musicals of all time (which amusingly enough, also applies to some of the Mass Effect characters, IMO)

give 'em the old razzle dazzle

Razzle Dazzle 'em

Give 'em an act with lots of flash in it

And the reaction will be passionate

Give 'em the old hocus pocus

Bead and feather 'em

How can they see with sequins in their eyes?

What if your hinges all are rusting?

What if, in fact, you're just disgusting?

Razzle dazzle 'em
And they;ll never catch wise!

etc.
to bring it completely back to the original topic - Kaidan doesn't have the flash.  he doesn't have that instant oomphf.  you come to apreciate him over time, provided you look beyond the first impressions.  (of course for some - that first impression is favorable already, I have to say his exchage with Joker immediately indeared him to me)

There's a difference between a singer and an entertainer. Adele sings wonderfully.

I'd rather buy a CD of hers and listen to it than blow cash loads on a ticket to a dull concert. I would definitely pay for a Gaga concert ticket, because she puts one hell of a show.

It's the difference of watching PBS and FX shows. Totally different qualities to appreciate.

LOL

Um on the subject of chest hair...no thanks. If I can shave so can you. Now if it's just a light dusting near the belly area, arms and legs eh whatever. Anymore than that though and you better shave before you touch me...and I don't care how "idiotic" that makes me. Tastes yo. Though nothing wrong with liking hairy men. Just not my cup of tea.

true.  except I don't find lady Gaga entertaining enough to counteract the twf factor of her shows.  they are just werid for the sake of being weird.

now Rammstein concerts?  oh man, those guys are fantastic, both as entertainers and as musicians.  they are, however, not pop.  which in my book is another plus in their favor.

ooh, just thought of someone who actualy does amusic pop, both as entertainment and singing wise.

Lmao. I love you guys. That's probably wishful thinking Dino. Back on topic: I actually quite like Lady Gaga, I'm not on of those artsy wankers who slag off anything mainstream. It's entertainment, if it entertains me it's music to my ears. Would you say 'Poker Face' was one of her better songs jewel? Most of her songs are catchy but 'LoveGame' was a bit vulgar for my tastes.

Edit: Oh and in case you didn't know jewel I was joking. Also, Adele- YES.

Gaga's biggest 'talent' is ripping off other singers.
