I'm a short, green eyed woman whose father is tall and brown eyed. I don't look a thing like him. It's not terribly uncommon for children to not resemble their parents much.
Also, there are some weird variations of Asari wandering around in the markets. Some of them are teal even though Shiala asserts in ME2 that she is still green because of the Thorian.
And I don't think Asari are "hot", but then, I'm straight.

That's because both Samara and Morinth were modelled after Rana McAnear. They share the same face for Morinth to impersonate Samara.

People don't look exactly the same as their parents. I think I'd be more concerned if she DIDN'T look different than Benezia.
