After reading some of the threads, I've deciced to give PW a go, Sea of Dragons, in particular.
However, I cannot get the server lists to populate in the gamespy internet connection window. It always times out and nothing I seem to do will lists the PWs.
I've been searching the forums for a couple of hours now and have registared at the SoD site in hopes of finding a direct connect option, but I need help.
Anyone know what I need to do?

I just tried it and I got the list of gameservers. Are you sure your firewall is working correctly and has the ports for nwn2 (which are listed in the tech support forum faq)?

Once you're connected to multiplayer, you need to select the Role Play section from the left menu, a list of PWs should appear with Sea of Dragons among them. If that doesn't work, try refreshing. If it still doesn't work... I don't know what to tell you. A specific server may be down at times, but you should see a list anyway.

Thanks kamal_ and Arkalezth. I've been trying to connect for a few days now and just don't know what else to try. The Game Type list does not load, so there is no Pole Play to select.
I don't know how to adjust firewalls. I have Kaspersky 2010, but I've used that AV for years and have never had a problem with logging on to a PW (though I never actually stuck around to play it).
Also, if I click the Refresh Severs button, the game crashes.
Maybe I should just reinstall the game.

I have Kaspersky... no issues here. Have you allowed the game to have internet access?

It turned out to be Kaspersky. 3 of 4 listed applications were trusted and once I changed the fourth one to trusted, I logged on without a problem.
Thanks for the help NWN DM, Arkalezth, and kamal_.
