I will certainly be sad if one of my squadmates (Or any of the characters I care for, really) dies, or if Miranda is harmed in any way (Or at least, any way where I could have made a decision to save her), but I won't cry. My tear ducts are shriveled little husks of their former selves.
Do you think you will cry at least once by the end of Mass Effect 3?

I have not cried over a video game since I was 11. I accept the ME3 challenge though. I felt like crying when Tali died in my first playthrough of ME2, so maybe I will cry after all.

I'll definitely cry, I'm a huge cry-baby to begin with and I'm pretty sure I teared up at parts during the first two games.
