Poor Hawke and Shepard will never be safe if that happens.

I'm sorry, but if I didn't 'need' her to help figure out the visions. I would never have recruited her. That being said, it was nice of her to take my body to Cerberus were I was forced to act as the Illusive Man's right hand. Thanks Liara, just thanks. 'Couldn't let me go?' So what are you going to do when Shepard dies from natural causes? Clone him and stick his brain into a new body?
I don't even romance the Asari because She comes off as a typically helpless mary sue to me. Kaidan and Ashley are very well thought out characters that actually allow me to invest emotionally in the game and made me feel sorry for the one I had to leave behind on Virmire. Hell, I cried a bit. I still do. Liara on the other hand, I feel isn't worth the time, attention and hype she's getting.
... sorry. Needed to get that off my chest.

Like... Ashley from the geth. And Tali from the assassins. They were all like that in ME1.Liara is the one thing I disliked about the Mass Effect series. She's the typical alien damsel in distress. And Shepard has to go all Captain Kirk as save her ass from a big bad krogan.... *facepalm*
Or you could stay dead while the Reapers wipe everyone out, which would probably just make TIM happier, so in the end, your resurrection may have screwed him over.I'm sorry, but if I didn't 'need' her to help figure out the visions. Not only is this something of a contradiction in terms, it's not accurate in either way. She's not up for fighting at a specific time, which was right after she'd been suspended in a Prothean prison without food/water/sleep for some indeterminate amount of time. After that bit, she's among the most powerful of squadmates on the team.I don't even romance the Asari because She comes off as a typically helpless mary sue to me.
Everyone allows you to invest emotionally. It's largely your choice.Kaidan and Ashley are very well thought out characters that actually allow me to invest emotionally in the game and made me feel sorry for the one I had to leave behind on Virmire.
Good for you. However, her fanbase is hardly wrong for giving that to her.Liara on the other hand, I feel isn't worth the time, attention and hype she's getting.

Well, none of them went "Oh, I feel so ligh-headed". That's exactly why I couldn't like her in ME1. The "weak and delicate woman" act.
ME2 Liara at least kicks asses.

Neither had been deprived of food/water/sleep either. Listen to Kaidan here.Pennyball wrote...

If she's gonna keep coming back then killing her is going to become something of a daily ritual. Kinda like brushing teeth.

Somehow I fear plot armor will keep Liara alive throughout ME3, no matter what Shepard is doing. Don't have a problem with that, but if everyone else can die, Liara shouldn't be an exception.

Don't you know, that the only way a Mary Sue can die is through the heroic sacrifice? :innocent:

edit: Anders' cuteness from DA1 and romance didn't save him, Liara's plot armor ain't gonna save her. I will kill her first chance I get.
