I like both, but the Mako takes the cake for me. I liked tapping the jump button to make it bounce up and down as I pimped my way across the battlefield. Ah, good times. Made driving it fun.

I do the same, but only if a I have Garrus and Tali, then I use Damping, Overload, and Sabotage... or I ram it with the Mako.

The colossus it's easier on foot.

I just finished Overlord for the first time. Really wish I could have had the Mako for that - especially for that lava/frogger part.

I like both, like someone said, the Mako is a tank, while the Hammerhead is more of a scout vehicle. One is better than the other is different situations, but I still like the Mako better. However, the skycar in LOTSB was the greatest drivable ME vehicle. Reminded me of Blade Runner.

I prefer the Mako over the Hammerhead all the time. Jumping of cliffs every now and then was just that fun

I want a combination. Mako glitched too many times and hammerhead is paper thin. I died the first couple of times wondering what was doing so much damage..then I realized it couldn't TAKE that much damage. It's kind of dumb to constantly jump up into the air holding down the trigger button.

Mako.  I'd rather get out and walk than use the Hammerhead.  Safer that way.

And I liked exploration with Mako more. You did not much explore with Hammerhead since you had to focus on your survival.

They both suck. The mako is dull as hell to control but at least its open-world exploration made the game feel more expansive than a series of corridors. The hammerhead was zippier but it felt weird and arcady to me and the platforming levels it was used in were a waste of time which were of a lower quality than the rest of ME2s gameplay.

How about neither? If I have to choose one, I am going to choose Hammerhead. The Hammerhead may be made of paper, but at least the controls are mostly fine.

Mako. I hated the Hammerhead. At least the mako you can step in and out and run over people. The hammerhead is just useless. Hopefully it won't make its way back into ME3 and if it does, I hope its optional or at least short.
