I purchased 1600 Bioware points a week ago,
bought Mark of the Assassin for Dragon Age 2 (for 800), and now have 0
points to my name. I intended to buy Legacy too but I'm clearly down
the 800 points I need. I contacted EA support about this a week ago and had no reply, hopefully I can do better here.

Same here. I was double charged for one of the DLC's.

I've been trying to purchase 1600 Bioware Points using my PC and Visa Credit Card. I've used the Dragon Age and Mass Effect page to attempt both. I enter my information, make sure it's correct, then hit "Continue" to get to the verify and complete page, but it never takes me there. Instead I get to my main account page and see no change in points and receive no receipt. There's no error message at all and I'm hoping the payments won't go through since there's no change or opportunity to confirm the payment. Am I missing something at all?
