A belated round of applause for Customer Service .....

When my prepurchased Dragon Age 2 originally arrived, and after I initially logged into my Xbox Live account, a number of the "perks" that I was due failed to activate. Only Lothering's Lament & The Far Cliffs of Kirkwall showed up. I went through a back and forth exchange with customer service. Suggestions were made that didn't pan out and finally the rep advised me that logging into my account should reset everything and the remainder of my stuff should activate ingame.

For the record that booty haul included Blood Dragon Armor, Boots of the Frozen Wastes, Staff of Parthalan, The Irons, Of Things Not Lost, Hindsight, Fadeshear and The Lion of Orlais.

I then entered into a period of months where my wireless internet service was dodgy to say the least, and I couldn't verify the accuracy of their "fix". Well. Over the weekend, I finally accessed my Xbox Live account and lo & behold, everything was reflected ingame. Plus, I downloaded Legacy, Mark of the Assassin, and the new Item Packs.

Let me say a hearty THANK YOU to customer service, and also add that I'm looking forward to playing with all of the cool stuff, and the two dlc quests that I've been reading about.
