[PROBLEM] Palettes emtpy, even if all english.

I have all english, but still my palettes are emtpy, anyone have any idea how to fix this ? Only palettes filled are models and sound.

just do the restore with the backup that comes with the install found in:
C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Dragon Age\\tools\\dbbak
