Probably a human colony, like Terranova or Eden Prime (minus Geth attacks), maybe even Horizon (minus Collector attacks)

Probably an urban, sophisticated human colony like Bekenstein or Elysium. If I had the cash, Illium, the coolness of Omega with the stylishness of Thessia. I'd also definitely want to visit Afterlife - surely video gaming's most believable and awesome looking club.

A nice, civilized planet at the center of things. Earth, Thessia, the Citadel. With a resort on Chasca, near the Prothean pyramid, to get away from it all. I'd probably retreat to Chasca for the war. Least likely place to be destroyed.
