Greetings,

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts customer support.

I have gone through your email and found that you want to upload character
So,regarding this issue I am guiding you some steps please follow these steps

1. You will need the Dragon Age: Origin Character Creator and a photo editing
program such as GIMP for this procedure.
Be warned that the character creator has relatively high system requirements, so
check them before installing, otherwise you're just wasting your time.

2. First you need to choose a digital picture. Any still picture will do, but
I would recommend a picture larger than 146*146 so the final product does not
come out pixilated.

3. Open your picture in a photo editing program such as GIMP.
Select the crop tool and set the aspect ratio to 1:1. Cut out the portion of the
picture you want to use as your character.

Then, go to Image>Scale Image> Height and Width 146. Save your picture as
"xxxx_portrait.png"

4. Move your avatar to the file location of your pre-release characters.
In my case, this was documents>bioware>dragonage>pre-release

5. Right click the file and go to properties and select “read only”.
Then, go to properties>security>Edit… Then deny all permissions to the SYSTEM.
This step will prevent the program from overwriting the portrait when you upload
your character.

6.Open the Character creator and create a new character.
Name it xxxx or whatever you replaced that with when making the portrait.

7. Log in and click the Upload Info button.

8.Your new character should appear on your online account within a few minutes.
If it does not appear within an hour, try clicking upload info again, and
uploading an unaltered character at the same time

I didn't understand a word you just said. I downloaded Dragon age origins: character creator. I have the game on my Ps3 and have turn on my PSN. I made my character profile on the character creater. then I click upload info? it doesnt work! It says **unable to access profile online storage, the profile provided may be Invalid** come on! whats going on???
