If you're having problems claiming your Dragon Age II DLC bonus items, The High Lord's Belt and Pendant of the Morning Frost, please post here.

Please note that we check your Dragon Age II profile located here on the Social site to verify you have at least one achievement/trophy from each DLC. (The Exiled Prince, Legacy, and Mark of the Assassin)

If you don't know how to get to your achievements page you click your avatar image in the top left, click on the games tab, and then click on your Dragon Age II Player Profile.

If your account is not updating please wait at least 30 minutes before posting as it can sometimes take that long for it to sync from in-game to our servers.


Profile not updating?
If your profile is not updating the best thing to do is:
-start Dragon Age II
-ensure you are logged in using your EA account
-ensure you are sending data to EA's servers, its under account options
-load a save game that has the achievements needed
-play for 5-10 minutes
-do a *manual* save
-play for another 5-10 minutes
-close the game
-view your DAII profile here on the Social site
-wait 30 minutes for your profile to go through the queue and update

If you are on PC re-install the game if you have *any* modifications installed.

I happen to have all 3 of the DLC packs (even bought the first item packs) but it is not able to verify that i have all 3 DLC packs.

i would certainly like some help with that

I have, and have completed all Three DLC but my profile hasn't updated since March, which means none of my achievements are showing.

Same issue as mentioned above, the page says it is unable to verify that I have all of the DLC (PC) using http://bit.ly/u8vjpv which directs to http://social.biowar...a2/dlc_bundle/.

It's important to note that I haven't acquired any achievements from the DLC. I will try to get at least one from each this evening after work. I do see all of the DLC under Profile > Your registered game content.

My profile never updates with my acheivements, characters or anything. I have completed most if not all the acheivements in all three DLC.

I have all three dlc's but it's not able to verify that.  It also looks like there's a problem linking my DA2 stuff to here, not sure why that is but that might also contribute to the problem.

I have all 3 DLC items played them through many times and have all the achievements, my profile has not updated since 10/2/11, I cannot get it to update

I completed Legacy yesterday, but my profile doesn't seem to have synced up since I finished Mark of the Assassin a few weeks ago. If I play the game some more will it sync?

I have all three DLC and achievements for all of them: I just checked and I have achievements for both Exiled Prince and Legacy flagged on my online profile (although not MotA, presumably because my profile hasn't synced since I played it a few weeks ago), but the Bundle link tells me it is "unable to verify that you have any The Exiled Prince, Legacy, and Mark of the Assassin achievements/trophies."

Same problem. All 3 DLC on PS3 (Exiled Prince just from having the Signature Edition, other two bought through PSN), and nothing is showing up. Looks like my profile hasn't updated in quite a while, either.

ETA: Never mind, after trying a bunch of times it finally decided to recognize my stuff!
