I too am having this same "We were unable to verify.." error and I have played all three DLCs numerous times and gotten the achievements but nothing. I'm feeling a bit deceived by saying you can get those awards for having the achievements from the three DLCs. Apparently after 11 pages of people having these problems there is no resolution or even mention that a resolution is in progress.

Good job, Bioware. I can see how more and more people think of the company in a "higher" regard now.
I've managed to make my thing work but the two items are not showing up for me yet. Do I have to wait long for them to appear?

For some items you'll need to download an installer if you play on PC. Check your registered game content page for details.

People who are playing on the PC may need an installer and maybe that's why it's not working for them but I'm wondering why it seems so many..all as far as I can tell..playing on the 360 have this issue and there is no sign on the horizon that this will be fixed anytime soon or at all.

Same problem of "could not verify" (XBox 360). However, when I look at my Achievements for Dragon Age II in BSN - sure enough, I see a bunch of achievements each from all 3 DLC's. Don't know why this (claim the bonus item) part of BSN doesn't talk to the Acheivements part of BSN...

According to my achievements, under my profile... listed under my hugher level characters, the site has it listed I have gotten all of the trophies for all 3 DLC. And yet, I am not able to get the new belt and ring. What do I need to do?

I have got at at least one xbox 360 achievement from all three dlc.
but it says:
"We were unable to verify that you have any The Exiled Prince, Legacy,
and Mark of the Assassin achievements/trophies. Please come back and try
again. If you believe that this is in error, please let us know."

I wish I could get the "unable to verify" message. My profile won't activate on this site for DA2. It did for DAO.

ETA - of course, as soon as I post this, my profile finally showed up.

Still no change. Characters appear on game page that have completed the DLC, played a bit, checked again. Still nothing...

I feel that every other post here accurately describes my situation. This very site states that I have all of the DLC's achievements. Further, I can see each of the DLC clearly marked on my 360, both in game and in the memory management section on the dashboard. So, is there any fix for this?

I've got all dlc for DA2 (ps3 version) :
- exiled prince
- black emporium
- legacy
- mark of the assasins
- other complete sets (first and second edition for each class)

Anyway I get this message : "We were unable to verify that you have any The Exiled Prince, Legacy,
and Mark of the Assassin achievements/trophies. Please come back and try
again. If you believe that this is in error, please let us know."

It's been months since I played last time DA2 , should I have to save again ?

Tried to do as suggested, mine profile is updated but I still get the same message.
I have finished exiled prince 100% trophies , legacy , and some trophies also in MoA even if not finished. On dragonage official site is written that to get these items you need one or more trophy in each DLC.

Last night I played mark of the assassin again and earned another trophy and the site still doesn't see any trophies despite being on my bioware profile immediately after earning it. Darn Internet Gremlins!

Site says i have at least one achievement from each, go to claim the items and get the same unable to verify error after following all the steps you laid out here. Including the waiting for the server to update my profile.

So any word from an admin would be appreciated as many people are still having troubles. Thanks in advance if you do manage to help.

I synced my account and waited around an hour and its showing that i have trophies from all 3 DLCs but it says "We were unable to verify that you have any The Exiled Prince, Legacy, and Mark of the Assassin achievements/trophies."
