I have the same problem as the previous poster. PS3 game registered, has all DLCs and achievements synced, but "unable to verify" message.

HOW LONG this thread must be for you to notice that something does not work on your side?!

I have Achivements in all of the DLCs, but my profile hasn't updated since last August for some reason.

Edit:Ok, so my profile updated with all of my Achivements now but it still doesn't recognize as me having it.

1) I have at least 1 achievement on all 3 DLCs for the Xbox 360.
2) These achievements appear on my character profile page.
3) My profile page is synced.
Where's my loyalty bonus?

I've completed all three DLCs and obtained all of the Achievements for them to boot (actually had to play Mark of the Assassin twice, as I missed out on the Alpha Wyvern the first time), but despite the Achievements showing up in my 360 version's profile here on the site, it says it's unable to verify that I have the achievements when I try the page.

EDIT: I waited for my profile to update again with the last two Achievements from "Legacy" (the ones for beating the boss and for beating the quest with Bethany or Carver in the party). Still won't recognize that I have the Achievements, despite the fact that all DLC Achievements are most definitely showing on my player profile list. Is there a chance that my old PS3 profile, which has gone unused since my brother got a copy of the 360 version, is getting in the way?

Question: does the detection system differentiate between users who bought the content on their own XBL accounts, and users who are playing their brothers' copies of said content? Because if it does, that's totally not fair. It would mean both I and my brother would have to buy our own copies of the DLC, despite the fact that said DLC is designed to be played by ALL users on a console if only ONE of those users purchases it.

Case in point: my brother bought the DLC at my suggestion, at a point in time when I was incapable of paying for it on my own. Should I or should I not be able to access these bonus items?

Any update on fixing this bug? My profile clearly shows the trophies for all of the DLC yet I still get the error saying they're not able to verify that I have those trophies. I've even earned more trophies on the DLC just to see if it would trigger the items and download but nothing changed. Please give us an update on this issue.

This is EXACTLY what I get. I pre-ordered DA2, and bought all DLC as it was released. I've had all these achievements since last year.

Are all the BioWare folks too busy with ME3? Does anyone even check this part of the forums anymore?

I have at least one achievement from each of the DLCs (i.e: Legacy: Family
Outing, The Exiled Prince: Retribution, Mark of the Assassin: A New Day) listed
on my Dragon Age II achievement page. The “The Exiled Prince” came with the signature
edition;   “Mark of the Assassin” and “Legacy” I purchased
shortly after they were released on xbox live. On “Your registered game content”
none of the mentioned DLC appears as listed.



I assume that is why I can’t claim the DLC Bonus Items.
