Hello, I had the same issue; I've got all the DLC and the achievements in them, but no unlock. They show up on my profile here, but it didn't recognize that.

I have all of the DLC and at least one achievement from each. However, the website says I have a couple of achievements that I don't have.

Every other part of this site knows that I have the DLC and I have the achievements. I mean, look at this thread! Is there ANYONE who actually HAS been able to get these stupid items?

I have all 3 DLC and several achievements from each of them, my game was successfully synced, and it says that it is unable to verify that I have the achievments.

I know one person - my girlfriend get it right at the start in November 2011.(XBOX 360)
She never used the items but I that isn t the point. (sorry for my english)

I think the reason why maybe the dlcs don't show up are cause their not registered to your accounts. Shared??? If A friend gave you a downloaded copy...it should still install and work right? Only its not registered game content in your login account.

I have all three downloads and I have the achievements which are updated on my bioware profile how do I get the dlc bonus items I went to the link but nothing happened

I have all three DLC packs for PS3 and all achivements and it says it can't verify.

Oh its registered. I can go to my profile on here and see the achievements and the DLC. The only part of the site that doesn't register it is the page that is supposed to unlock the bonus items.

I have all three DLC, have gotten at least an achievement for each, and cannot recieve the items.  I satisfied the requirements to do so about 24 hours ago, and my profile page does list an achievement for each.

I completed Legacy, MoA, and Exlied Prince but my information on my PS3 is not uploading to your server. Is there anyt thing that can be done to get this resolved?

I tried it everday since 6 weeks - und today after all hope was gone.
It works............I got the two loyalty bonus items.
So perhabs the bug get fixxed?

Hey guys, as I've mentioned earlier in this thread the site is reading your game data from the server to find out if you have the achievements needed. This process isn't perfect because the game doesn't always write data to the server. This is why it can take some time for the updates to be reflected.

So your game (console/PC) may say you have the needed achievements but if the game server doesn't the rewards page can't give you the items.

I've sent this link to a few people to help find out which achievements are missing:

It will show you what the game server thinks you have. You will need at least one "yes" for each DLC title.

If you don't have it showing up the best solution is to keep playing the game and it should eventually write out your game data to the server assuming you have that option turned on.

Edit2:  But then it gave me the Ivo Family Crest instead... despite me not having killed Raspin in DA:Legends?  Wtf?
