 I have an achievement of the Exiled Prince for Xbox 360 and I don't have the DLC Bonus Items.

It will show you what the game server thinks you have. You will need at least one "yes" for each DLC title.

If you don't have it showing up the best solution is to keep playing the game and it should eventually write out your game data to the server assuming you have that option turned on.

Ok, well, clicking on that link tells me that I have 4/5 'yes' marks for Exiled Prince and 5/5 'yes' marks for Mark of the Assassin.  Hilariously enough, directly above these 'yes' confirmations is the statement that you are unable to verify if I have any of the achievements.... the very same achievements you give a 'yes' confirmation to a few lines below

So anyway, it says to tell you in this thread if there's a problem and... well, I guess I'm telling you in this thread that there's a problem

Hm.  Well, possible reading comprehension required on my part there, but I could have sworn the page it directed you to said something about not being able to confirm achievements for any of the dlc rather than 'at least one of each'.  And yet, when I look now, there it is, quite clearly, stating you need at least one achievement from each piece of dlc - there's even a little button to press to check!

Really don't think that was there when I looked a couple of days ago, but ah well

Still, to thank you for taking the time to respond I have purchased the Legacy dlc.  Of course, if that *still* doesn't get me my stuff....

I've got the exiled prince DLC and completed the questline however, none of the achievements for that are showing on the promotion, neither is the exiled prince in my party for selection (I've completed ghe game though, will this have an effect?)

 I have every achievement in the game including DLC.  The DLC ones are not showing up on my BioWare profile, which is probably why it says I'm not eligible, though I do have the achievements. It updated my characters, but not my achievements.

This is strange, I completed Mark of the Assassin a few days ago, and I already had all the trophies for Exiled Prince and Legacy.

According to the page, I still need Mark of the Assassin. This sounds like the time where I purchased Awakening via the Playstation Store (the only way possible in the UK) and this site didn't recognise that I had it installed and called the siege of Vigils Keep/Amaranthine the Siege of Redcliffe/Denerim respectively.

I think I was logged on to the servers most of yesterday as I was progressing through Legacy on my current playthrough and finishing up Act 2 sidequests, so it's strange that nothing seems to have updated given that it's had more than ample time to.

I've been unable to unlock this and I have all the trophies on my PS3 for both Exiled Prince and Legacy.

I have unlocked the first Trophy for the "Exiled Prince" DLC, but I am also having the same issue that everyone above is having with the achievement/trophy status not being verified on the website account.

I know the Wikia main website can be unreliable sometimes, but for the most part, when its information is regularly updated, it is a reliable source, and according to their page for these two promotional items, it states that the: "High Lord's Belt / Pendant of the Morning Frost is unlocked by obtaining an achievement from either The Exiled Prince, Legacy or Mark of the Assassin before November 1, 2012." Not one from each, as the BioWare page states. Could you please confirm this information for me, and any others that might be confused? I would like to know if I am required to purchase/play the remaining DLC packs before I am able to receive the two promo items. 

(I'm playing on the PS3, and I'm honestly a bit hesitant to download the "Assassin" DLC due to the current save-file corruption issues that it has been causing for the PS3 version, and it would be quite unfortunate if I were to have to risk messing up my game saves for some simple DLC items.)

I'm going to go ahead and clarify my own post since nobody has responded to it, yet, but as far as I can understand, based on what I've read on Bioware's main Bonus Content page on their DA2 website, and what this thread's main post states is that you need to have at least *one* achievement/trophy from each of the 3 major DLC's. Which means: At least one from "The Exiled Prince", one from "Legacy" and one from "Mark of the Assassin". Again, you have to have all 3 DLC's, and at least one achievement/trophy from each one in order to get the free DLC promotional items.

I hope this helps anyone that might be confused.

I'm going to guess that if it hasn't synced up and updated on your account, yet, then it's more than likely an issue with their servers, on their end. I don't think it has anything to do with you keeping your game on for a prolonged amount of time while logged onto the servers while playing. I could be wrong, but that is what it seems like, at this point, if it doesn't sync within the stated time that the main poster had stated.
