i have all the achievements but still not verifying

I am having trouble claiming the bonus items, have the required achievements, and have been trying to sync for a week now, still no progress. Help please.

It's not acknowledging that I've completed Legacy and have done a bit of MotA, even though I was connected to the DA servers while playing (I have the xbox 360 version).

I've unlocked at least one achievement in The Exiled Prince (PC) but I get the error:

"We were unable to verify that you have any The Exiled Prince, Legacy, and Mark of the Assassin achievements/trophies. Please come back and try again. If you believe that this is in error, please let us know."

 I've downloaded and beaten all three dlc and still have not gotten the items. please help.

I have mark of assassin and have two achievements, but having problem getting my profile updated and receive bonus DLC items.

I've got the game on xbox 360, I finished all the DLC's months ago and the achievements are all showing up in the DA2 section of my profile but the page for redeeming the items won't acknowledge them
