PD: social.bioware no update the state of my account since various months. What happend?!!!

I finished all three DLCs and I get the following message
"We were unable to verify that you have any The Exiled Prince, Legacy, and Mark of the Assassin achievements/trophies. Please come back and try again."
How can that be? My profile was updated today and shows me as Level 5, but I'm level 17.

How can I get my accout to update correctly?
And what have mods to do with the bonus items? I don't have mods installed, but I'm still wondering.

Mods could mess up your character data and cause them to not upload. Your best bet is to use a character that has no modifications as I've seen cases of characters not being able to upload because of corrupted data. You could, as a first try, remove the mods but I don't know if that would be enough.


Also, your DAII profile doesn't update unless you visit it. When you do visit we put the update request into a queue which can take 30-60 minutes to complete. If you don't see an update immediately try waiting about an hour. I've seen a few people in this thread who've posted saying it doesn't work but when I go look a their profile the achievements have synced and they have since gotten the items.

I have every Dragon Age 2 DLC.  The item packs, Exiled Prince, and the other 2.  I even got all of the achievements in the last 2 DLCs.  I am not getting the rewards for the game though.

 I definitely have all three DLCs but I can't get the items since there was a bug with The Exiled Prince achievement at the release of the game and I did not get any achievement for what I did

I'm just saying this happened to me with the Green Stone, I have literally all the DLC items except it anychance one of you angel faces over at Bioware wants to help me out. I've got meth itches knowing my list isn't complete.

Account hasn't updated since October 2011; most of my current characters aren't even listed, just the one mage -and she's no longer in my game folder.

I went ahead and followed the steps listed in the first post and my profile finally updated.
I'm not sure if it helped, but I went ahead and also disabled and re-enabled the server uploads both in the Launcher configuration as well as in-game, before I spent the 10 minutes "playing". (Full completion of the game so really nothing to do except stand around or travel back and forth to the Black Emporium...)

I have purchased, played, and finished (several times) each of the following: Dragon Age Origins, Awakening, and DAII. I have also purchased, played, and completed (several times each) of EVERY possible DLC (add-ons, expansions, characters, items, weapons, and games) for each of these "3" games. Yet I'm not getting any "bonus content". I'm missing the new High Lord's Belt and Pendant of the Morning Frost, and also the Bonus Ring that was supposed to be downloadable with the purchase and playing of "Mark of the Assassin. The BSN is claiming it can't "confirm my achievements" - although everything appears to be linked and updating properly. Although, I do (due to several game finishes) have several Characters, whom of which have completed different DLC's, at different times on different game saves, nevertheless, competed! And each DLC was finished (with lots of achievements) long before the Bonus End Date. Sooooo what's up Bioware???

Same, I have all 3 expansions and all achievements but one through three characters and tells me I am only level 3 and I followed all the instructions posted above by GM.

I did the suggestions to upgrade my profile. But again the Bundle link tells me it is "unable to verify that you have any The Exiled Prince, Legacy, and Mark of the Assassin achievements/trophies.

Also the achivements for the 3 DLCs are registreted in my Games Menu Profile.
