I have comleted all Dragon Age 2 DLC but my achievements haven't updated since my first playthrough of the original game. I suspect it's because I use alot of PC mods so is there a way to get around this? Honestly Bioware should give you the items for just purchasing all three expansions in my opinion.

Well I didn't get it at first but i followed the steps on the front post and then restarted my xbox 360 and it is working thank you.

May i suggest you all try the steps at least 3 times, as tedious as it may be?

Profile not updating?
If your profile is not updating the best thing to do is:
-start Dragon Age II
-ensure you are logged in using your EA account
-ensure you are sending data to EA's servers, its under account options
-load a save game that has the achievements needed
-play for 5-10 minutes
-do a *manual* save
-play for another 5-10 minutes
-close the game
-view your DAII profile here on the Social site
-wait 30 minutes for your profile to go through the queue and update

If you are on PC re-install the game if you have *any* modifications installed.

I've tried this, and this isn't a solution for me!!! 
Do i need open always my navigator for update my profile? ¬¬ is a solution ridiculous!
I want my Bonus Items, because i have the DLC's and the achievemnts, if the "social.bioware" i can't get the info correctly isn't my problem, is the problem of Bioware Social Network that don't work fine. FIX IT!.
But your answers isn't a solution, a patch of similar is a solution.
Check the website, Check we account info and unlock the bonus items, thanks.

PD: i'm not level 5 ¬¬. I play using my EA account, i'm login in game and social.bioware... and.. i've waited months ... but my profile no update. (i think that bioware social network have problems since that is migrating the accounts-bioware to the pernicious system of EA-origin, EA-origins is problematic.  Fix it all the problems.
(with the ring-green of "mark of assassin" something similar happened and you will fix it within a few days without having to reinstall the game, delete savegames or have the browser open half an hour or 3 hours!!!! ><''

I want play and i want my Bonus Items, no fix it this problems.
We all have this problem, why do not we listen?! I have asked several times, and you repeat just the same, and that solution doesn't work.

Yeah, it's wierd, I did complete all the DLC and have the achievements when I logged onto my profile on DA2. Does it matter that I deleted the character that completed those DLC?

It's also odd that my profile on the forums doesn't show the DLC achievements.  Ah well, guess I'll need to do the DLCs again.  Not that I mind. /shrug

Not a guarantee but if it isn't working it could be the cause. I'm not sure if it deletes save files but if it does you could back them up first.

tried loading a saved game, played 10 mins, saved, played 10 more in different areas (all while logged in) and then quit the game. I run no mods at all. It has NEVER updated my profile since I bought the game.
Sorry but I am not uninstalling and reinstalling the game for some bonus items, if the programmers can't handle simple programming requests then the issue lies with them and not my game.

I've been trying to 'Activate' my profile for days now. No matter how many times I press the 'activate' button nothing happens. I'll press it, wait a good couple of hours and nothing. I tried last night before going to bed, and a good 8/9 hours on, still nothing. I've done everything that has been suggested in the OP, but obviously it's not working. I had this problem with MoTA, which is why I never got the Deep Green Ring. Ah well. It's not the end of the world to not get these items either.
