My DA2 online profiles are donn't refreshed. I have all three DLC and i finished them all. I have a call opened at EA Customer Service <customerservice@ea.com>, but they can't help me ;-(. THey say i must aks in the forum, why my onlne profile dosn't refreshed. The last time was for 5 days.

I have all three DLCs and have completed all the trophies for them.  I also have both item packs and nothing is updating on my BioWare profile.  It shows my only character as one that I don't have anymore and does not show any of the 5 current characters I utilize.  My PSN ID is: Slim7180

profile shows the todays date of update but doesnt show I have any Legacy achvs. an i know ive played through an unlocked some since it shows at least when i load up the game but ay just like everybody else i get the msg " unable to verify"

I have all the DLC and at least one achievement from each. My profile hasn't updated since I switched over to my new 360 even though I purchased Legacy and MotA after I got it. XBL Gamertag: MissRyukkie

Hi Bioware,

Is it possible just by giving us those 2 exclusive items by determining if we have all 3 DLCs or not, please? coz I followed your steps and I still couldn't get my status updated.
Or can you guys develop a program that will force the achievement to be uploaded to the SocialNetwork?

I didn't fix anything, you just needed to wait for your profile to sync.

Only question I have, is my saves with all of the achieves are post-game saves.  So I can't really play for 5 minutes.  Just stand around the Estate for 5 minutes?

How very odd.

I mean, it's very EASY to check if an account has purchased all three packs. I can do it in five seconds after logging in just by checking "Profile" - "Your registered game content."

But Bioware can't even run a simple SQL query on their own database to determine what an account does or doesn't have?

That's really sad.

Same problem as the rest, not picking up the DLC after getting achievements on the 360. I will wait until tomorrow to see if it goes up.

This pretty much exactly describes my own situation as well. My last updates happened in early October (I've since deleted those characters from the site, since I deleted them in game as well). In-game status indicates I'm linked to the account, but nothing gets pushed up.

I'm having the same problem as everyone else. Exiled Prince came with Signature Edition and I bought the other two off of PSN.

Weirdest thing just happened. I've got all the DLC's and the required trophies and I've been having the same problems as everyone else. So I'm messin' around and register for the Dragon Age newsletter to get Of Things Not Lost. So I load my game (PS3) and then the quests start updating and I wind up getting the stuff at the manor.

Same problem here. I think the real issue is that my profile is only updated about once every 3 months, I always seem to get the stupid "the Dragon Age servers are no longer available" crap.

I'm still unable to activate my online profile; clicking the link just reloads the page with no apparent effect.
