Okay, so here is the thing. i stopped playing my dragon age 2 for like 4 weeks and before i stopped playing, it was perfectly ok and i didn't have any problems.. and when i was about to start playing again, when i  load my game, this message appeared on my screen "unable to load saved game as the required downloadable content is not present on HDD" and i was really really freaked out because im close to finish my game.. when i checked the downloaded content, my black emporium and my other dlc items were gone. i tried to download it again but is says that "code not valid or used already" something like that.. and i can't sleep right.. can anyone please help me?

The same thing happened to me and so far nobody has answered anything it really is infuriating.

Then i guess we'll just have to wait for our help to come and god knows when. . Sigh. .

same thing happened to me, what directory is dlc normally stored in?

You can redownload anything you've downloaded by going to your account management tab, then transaction management and then finding your downloads list in there. If you have purchased/redeemed any codes the dlc will show up in there and you can redownload it.
