Finally got the replica today and as far as replica's go, is a bit of a let down. The paint work is absolutely terrible, no care has been taken and it's the SSV Normandy, so why has it got the SR2 tag? Sheesh, oh well, what do you expect for thirty odd bucks.

I have a plastic/rubber figurine from Assassins Creed II that came free with the game that has more attention to detail and care in construction than this ship replica.

Hell I have a Tiberium Sun GDI Soldier that was free with that game when it came out that has more attention to detail.

This is a real shame here Bioware, you seem to be letting the fans down a lot with this poor quality rubbish.

Okay, to nit pick just a little, it really looks like Dark Horse just used the SR2 model and painted it in the alliance colours.

Based on the photos I've seen so far (mine hasn't arrived yet) I wouldn't argue on the quality issues, but it's not supposed to be the SR1. It's the Alliance-remodelled SR2 from Mass Effect 3.
