ok i have put in both the promo codes for the website to get shale and the armor and it shows both of them as purchased, but it wont let me download them or even scroll down to them. i have no clue what is wrong i have both of the codes working it just wont let me download them. any help would be appreciated.

I am also experiencing the same problem and have submitted a few emails to the help support already but so far nothing...!!!
