I was suppose to get Mass Effect 2 Genesis but I never got a code for that. Everything else works fine on my copy of Mass Effect 2 Except that Genesis thing. I can't find it anywhere and it's not listed in my content that I have on my bioware account. I'm pretty sure a bioware executive will have to send me one anyway when I tried emailing EA they didn't help me at all just directed me to here. I'm like dude that sucks because most average user can't get me GENESIS> PLus i bought it through ORIGIN which is an ea product not a bioware one. I know that ea owns bioware but still. ANy help will be appreciated. I really want that genesis thing. I used to own this game for ps3 when it first came out but no longer have it and since i bought it on pc i want all the expansions i can get that's why i bought the DELUXE EDITION.

Genesis only comes for free with the PS3 version, and is a paid for DLC for all other versions of ME2.
The Deluxe Edition does not automatically give you all of the DLC, it only gives you the Collectors armour and weapon DLC, as well as the Cerberus Network DLC.
"Bioware executives" do not have to send you anything. All other DLC, like Alternate Appearance packs, weapons and armour packs, Kasumi, Overlord, Lair of the Shadowbroker, Genesis and Arrival, you have to pay for. They're not free.

Really wow that sucks. I thought that it did give you that. At least the Digital Deluxe Edition. I know the other packs cost money because they were only free on the ps3 version. That is really odd. I thought genesis did come and only genesis. Go figure the DDE is now 10 bucks on sale :/

Seeing you now have it on PC, use the Gibbed's Save Game Editor linked in my sig in order to change the values for ME1 decisions. It allows for a greater scope over the 6 that Genesis gives you.
You might have to contact EA support in regards to finding the location ofthe digital downloads for the other stuff. I always buy hardcopy in order to have a physical object to ruin by drooling over it.
