The MotA and Bonus Items pages still say you get the ring for free just by having an achievement, so if you have an achievement, contact EA Support and bug them about it.

At least in theory, they have the power to add it to your account (whether you'll be speaking to somebody who you could convince to do it or who even knows that they can do it is another matter).

After Witch Hunt and Arrival, I'd be surprised if there wasn't one more bit of story DLC that'll link to DA3.

Nothing has been said about no more DLC.

Nope. It's more like "Thank you for playing DA2 and its DLC. Here are a few extra items for you as a sign of our appreaciation".

There will be more DLC for DA2. At least until they offcialy annouce DA3.

it does sound like that, but until its comfirmed im not worried about it, it makes me think the dlc item packs are done, by the release of some of the items(outside a dlc)
