Whoa, I can't believe I actualy recieved a beta code... Thanks to all the kind fellows at BioWare, this was completely unexpected!

Unfortunately I don't generally play MMORPG, and my PC struggles with what games I have already, so I fear I'll have trouble running it (I seriously need to give my PC a radical overhaul)...
I'm happy to have noticed the PM in spite of coming here rarely this last months though, if anything someone would benefit from the code...

they really should have made this more clear for people. there has been so much confusion.


This is for the upcoming weekend stress test on the 25th....currently weekend stress testers from last weeks test, or this new batch will not have the ability to access and download the new client yet..most likely mid week at the very latest.

check SWTOR.com/Tester and your emails or the tester forum for more details.

That's what happened to me. I don't have a gaming PC though, so I probably couldn't run the game anyway. Still, I'd like to know what's up with that.

Wow. Surprised at the amount of people giving out beta codes. You guys are really generous, but you should try it out yourselves. I was in a previous beta, and the story felt very KOTOR like. I was completly against MMO's before SWTOR, but the beta totally changed my mind. Bioware surprised me again. Have it pre-ordered. Can't wait to see Taris!

remember too you can go back on the 25th too, all previous testers are automatically in.


as to the number of beta keys? yes on the bsn, and people who pre-ordered a digital copy, and all over affiliate sites there are keys going out. They want to simulate launch day as close as possible if that means a few hundred k, then so be it.
