ME1 I played the whole game with Liara, but ME2 i played with Tali. they're both awsome but i don't know what to do. I wish i could just play through ME1 without being forced to choose someone. Technically I am not cheating on Liara because i played ME on 360, but its the thought that counts. I've been looking at other posts forever and I am leaning towards Tali. I just want to know anyones thoughts on the effects on ME3's romances.

Import your ME3 game two times. In one stay loyal to Tali, and in the other you can romance Liara if you want to. You can always change classes, bring along different squadmates and make different decisions to make things still interesting the second play-through around.
If you had to pick one and asked me I would tell you to choose Tali, and I'm certainly not at all biased in any concept of the word.

You can. Just turn down Liara and Ashley (or Kaidan, not that he applies for you, I guess) whenever you get the option. Just don't pick the bottom-most option when turning down Liara. I'm told that bugs and doesn't actually deactivate the romance.GLA Sausage wrote...

And AdmiralCheez, your profile picture is utterly disturbing. It's giving me nightmares. During the day. Daymares?

Get a real woman (or man), not a girl tailor-made for geek-appeal.

Sounds like your heart is pointing to Tali so I'd say go that way, and you'll forget Liara soon enough.

Oh, they do, they are just brought back into a state of undeath by peasant posters who do not know or control the latent powers of necromancy they wield.AdmiralCheez wrote...

Well, as you didn't actually 'mance Liara, I have to say go with Tali. Wonder if you can even start a mance with Liara in ME3 if you didn't mance her in the previous games?
Plus, you know, Tali sort of places a sh!tload of trust in you. Totally not going to watch what happens when you betray that.

In ME2 at it's original form, I'd say Tali all the way. However, for those romancing Liara in ME1, some DLC in ME2 (you know which one) added a surmountable distraction towards Liara. Heck, it has more game content than romancing Tali has. The bifurcation of playthroughs as suggested above, is the best solution in this case. Though from what I hear, "cheating" on your first LI from ME1, can become more interesting in ME3. Let's not forget that new LIs will also possibly be available in ME3... LOL, what a mess...

Go for your Talimance if you have a thing for the disabled and helpless.
Romance Liara only if you're mature enough for a relationship based on independence and equality.
