So you commenting on how good Tali's figure is in the Tali thread is a result of you not liking Tali?Saphra Deden wrote...
I don't like Tali anymore. Though at least she is better written than Liara so if you like good writing then go with Tali. Otherwise go with Liara.

That's in the past, that was before I realized I couldn't suffer her hypocrisy anymore. She crossed the line.
She's still good looking and has her positive traits, sure, but I can't overlook it. I won't be posting in support of her anymore.

At the start of the relationship, both characters come across as too young and naive (in relationship terms) for Shepard. But at the end of LotSB, Liara is very clearly an equal partner for Shepard. Tali hasn't reached that point yet.

Tali is not apologizing for her father's actions. She's just accepting the fact that they were made and that she can't do much about the consequences but to accept them, as there's not much to earn by dwelling on it all the time. If she's not allowed to care for her father, then that's too bad for you.
As for the OP's question, I'd suggest making two characters. One that goes for Liara and one that goes for Tali.

No, Xen is crazy. She tries to take it all back the old fashioned way by turning the geth into the simple machines they once were, which I can tell you right now that it won't work because of the geth's connection with the Reapers and for other reasons I won't go into, because they're spoilery.
There is no reason at all it can't work except for writer fiat. Bioware wants to teach a moral lesson. Xen is bad (apparently), so even though rewriting works for Paragon Shepard, for the Heretics, and for the Reapers, it can't work for Daro'Xen.
She is not crazy. She is rational. You need to look up what crazy means.
If Xen is crazy then so was Rael'Zorah. I am not going to accept that Xen is crazy just because Tali says so.

When she helps him escape justice she is doing just that.

Xen is underestimating the geth something fierce in ME3 and she's not even willing to consider other options. Even Legion thinks Xen is nuts. The geth themselves think that she's crazy.
Also, that trial was hardly what I'd call justice, since the integrity of the fleet was depending on it at the same time. A just trial would have only been about Tali's actions and her actions alone.

How is she underestimating them? If the Heretics and the Reapers can control them, if Overlord can control them, then so can Xen.
Legion is a moron so I don't care what he thinks.

Nice logic there. I think I'm going to use some of it.
You're an idiot, so everything you say is hereby invalid. Just because I say so.
Oh, and by the way: *spoiler*Archer says in ME3 that he destroyed all the records and research of Overlord, so the joke's on you.*spoiler*

Get a real woman (or man), not a girl tailor-made for geek-appeal.
Someone who isn't based around needing to be protected or 'fixed' in order to live a happy life.
The only MaleShep romance like that is Ashley's.
There's also Kelly. She actually takes a date before sleeping with you.

What? It's a Renegade/Paragon choice? Now it's suddenly worth less/more, just because of a few labels.
Never mind the consequences of the decision itself, no no, judge it by its colors instead.
But, I digress.

Just saying. The whole thing is just pathetic.

If no such things existed I'd still be pissed at Bioware's handling of the choices because ALL of the pragmatic decisions are either nullified or turn out worse and any potential benefits that could have come from them are scrapped.
Why is it so bad for people not to like this?
Yes, it appears this is what Bioware has done.Never mind the consequences of the decision itself, no no, judge it by its colors instead.

A no romanced Tali is a buckethead who is too busy cleaning an engine.
I rather to have Tali cleaning the engine instead a stalker watching me while I'm sleeping,

Stalking - A form of harassment generally comprised of repeated persistent following with no legitimate reason and with the intention of harming, or so as to arouse anxiety or fear of harm in the person being followed. Stalking may also take the form of harassing telephone calls, computer communications, letter-writing, etc.

When did Liara stalk you, exactly?

This is actually somehting I've been debating. I still don't know. I mean, Liara saved your life, improved as a character in ME2, and had the best DLC in ME2. Tali has always been at your side since the beginnning. Ijust don't know!
Actually, my Shep lost her life, period. She was then brought back to life and therefore saved by Cerberus. It just so happens Cerberus used an obsessive Asari my Shep hated to find her corpse.
