Yesterday I bought Warden's Keep and Return to Ostagar in-game, but got disconnected when the download (even) started. Good news: The points were spent. Bad news: The games don't appear in the download section, and even when I try to re-purchase it just says "Sorry, your request could not be completed at this time. Please try again later." There is not change to the status ;)
Some time ago I successfully installed witchcraft and leliana's songs (though I remember there were some minitor difficulties there as well).
Any suggestions?

Dragon Age is over two years old, and apparently has finally started losing popularity. It is already past time to see a general upswing in messaging activity, if there was going to be one (usual popularity swings from low in summer, to high in winter). I've never wanted any of Bioware's DLC, and have paid little attention to much of anything about it, other to note that from all of the complaining about it, I've not been sure it was worth the trouble to its buyers.

There are several reference stickies about DLC problems on top, and there are two years' worth of archives, but the forum's own Finder is broken - - it was built that way, and never improved upon. Reading between the lines from a couple of Biowarian messages in the past, I've gotten the impression that it will never be fixed.

But Google and Yahoo still work well. Just add a redirect:

The last comment, above, about the reduced readership, and reduced odds of getting questions answered, applies generally to all questions, not just DLC, which is something I care little about, as noted.

 Please, can
someone help me with this? I recently bought the Ultimate edition of Dragon
Age: Origins, which comes with a serial number for downloading all of the
downloadable contents. The problem is, although i bought the game four days
ago, the serial number referent to the DLCs expired on July 30 2011, as it says
on the flyer that came inside the game box... I already sent an e-mail to
suporte3@ea.com (support e-mail of EA in Brazil), contacted the distributor
here in Brazil (I got no reply from neither) and searched for an e-mail contact
in the official site of EA (My surprise: there was none!).  Please, can someone tell me the official
e-mail contact of EA support, or give me an answer on how to handle this and
get a new serial number?

Thanks a
lot.
