Courtesy of IsaacShep's thread. (Thank Isaac! He's wonderful!) I thought it would be good to have all the new information on top so I started another topic; mods, feel free to LOCKDOWN or END OF LINE if you disagree. I can take the pain.
The Lowdown:
The reversible tin features both male and female Shepard -- a fact we've known for a while, but still worth mentioning now that we've seen it in action. Both genders are the promotional pic we've seen all over the place for ME3 -- that gruff, determined-to-end-things look complete with omni-blade.
The art book now has a few pages on display. We see Ashley, Vega, and Liara, and then the book's pages flip very quickly and abruptly and I can make out an adjutant (from the Invasion comics) and Jack.
The custom squadmate attire seems to have been improved-upon; either that or the increased focus on them makes them come across as much more detailed. We're treated to shots of Liara, Ashley, Vega and Kaidan here.
The N7 Crusader makes its debut. From the looks of things it's a shotgun! The N7 Eagle shows up too, and I think it's a pistol. Then comes the N7 Hurricane, a submachine gun, and lastly the N7 Valiant, a sniper rifle. Yay, names! (And thank Janus Prospero for the correction. Really, do so! He's wonderful!)
We've known about that rockin' N7 hoodie for a while, but it's nice to see it all the same. It seems very detailed!
The 'robotic dog' (FENRIS mech) is trotting along for a couple of seconds as well, and it seems to be flashing a light wherever it's going.
The Normandy lithograph is on display as well, and near as I can tell this isn't a new image. The N7 patch and digital soundtrack are also promoted.
It looks like that comic is the first issue of "Invasion" after all. Maybe a tad disappointing, but the good news is that it's an excellent story so far!
I can't gleam anything from the soon-to-be-infamous silhouette going on with the bonus mission and character. Seems rather humanoid, but then, what does that do for us, confirm that it isn't the thorian?
Lastly, I'd like everyone to pay special attention to how amazing the music is. I think it's a mix from Mansell, but I'm awaiting confirmation. Either way, it's terrific.
EDIT: It looks like a screenshot has already been snapped showing that Jack is indeed in those screenshots.

The Specifics: (this will be updated as fans magnify images and whatnot, highlighting otherwise-unseen details)
"Ashley, Kaidan, and Liara were meant to be love interests throughout all three parts of the trilogy. After taking them away from players in Mass Effect 3. For Ashley's appearance in the series, we let her hair down and gave her sex appeal, while keeping her in a uniform that introduced the new Alliance colors. Ashley first bumps into Shepard as an Alliance officer on Earth, so her iconic look is a stylish officer's uniform, but later she will don a full set of armor." (Thank AdmiralCheez for this one. She's... you guessed it... wonderful!)
"The idea for James Vega was to create a blue-collar military officer--a heavy-muscled tank of a man. We gave his armor more heft to imply that James is an unstoppable force. The team added a beard, scars, and tattoos to make him stand out from the other Alliance marines, notably Ash and Kaidan, who are both very clean-cut." (More from Cheez!)
""Fans are most familiar with Liara wearing her medical outfit from the first Mass Effect, but we instead chose the outfit she wore in Lair of the Shadow Broker downloadable content for Mass Effect 2. The jacket is a reminder of her background in science, while the more armor-like pieces get across that the galaxy is at war, and even civilians must join the fight."" (Cheez!)
