I have just downloaded and installed this game but it complains about configuration issue and that I should reinstall the game

Please help I have some very upset teenagers here

i did that made no difference but the game will run if I start it from origin thanks for the answer

Hate origin and its constant promptings to "upgrade" to its latest version. **grr**
