I should be getting bonus items, but other than the ones I got when I first started the game, and DLC items, they're just not showing up in my chest. For example, The High Lord's Belt. Didn't get it even though I have completed all three of the main DLC (with achievements). Likewise with the Pendant of the Frost Morning and Deep Green. There was even another bonus Item you could get for "liking" DA on Facebook. Did that. Didn't get the bonus item.

What's up with that? How do i get it fixed? I got an invite with a code to sign up for the Star Wars beta...get to the page to enter the code, signed up for an account, won't let me log in – I end up in a log-in loop – so I can't sign up for the beta.

I'm normally pretty savvy when it comes to this stuff, but I've just about HAD IT with this flaky crap. <_<

Well, no replies so I guess I'm the only one having the problem :/

I contacted EA tech support via online chat, and it wasn't a pleasant experience.

The first person said hello and then never again responded to my explanation that I wasn't receiving the latest bonus items.

So I tried again. The second person tried to help, but all she could come up with a link to the DA wiki site where there are direct links to exe installer files. She then terminated the chat before I could even thank her.

The last time I tried I got a guy who seemed to genuinely care, but had no idea whatsoever what I was talking about. I'm not sure he even knew what DA2 is. I gave him a link to the BioWare store where the bonus items and how to get them are explained. To which he told me that I have to purchase the game first (?). I reiterated that I already own and have played all the DLC and that is why, according to the Bioware page, I am expecting the bonus items. He told me to post in this forum and wait for help :boggle:

Anyway, after this frustrating experience I decided I had better help myself since I can't expect any from BioWare/EA. I searched the Wiki site and was eventually, after discovering a news item from a blog post, directed to this page:

After checking the Entitlement Status my registered game content was updated to reflect the new bonus items. YAY!

Somebody really should update the folks at EA support.

You're not the only one who has had problems with the bonus items. I've played through all of the DLC, have the achievements, can't get the bonus items. I came across your messages when I did a Google search in hopes that someone else had encountered the same problem and had come up with a solution.

I feel for you on the trouble you had with the EA techs in the online chat. I tried that a couple of months ago, and won't do it again. I kept getting errors when downloading/installing the Legacy DLC, followed the help links to the online chat, and ended up wanting to throw my computer through the wall. The tech sent me to a couple of links that I already had, then told me that EA doesn't support purchases made at Social.Bioware.com.

Congratulations on getting the bonus items to show up for you... Keep your fingers crossed that I'll figure out how to do the same.

... A few hours later...  A-ha!  Apparently cursing at the computer and stomping around the room is effective.  This time my registered game content was willing to update itself and the bonus items showed up.

Your mileage seems to vary on EA support. I've tried both chat and e-mail support in the past and once I mentioned "Mac", I got forwarded to a "second-tier" guy/gal who knew their stuff. No reason to complain (from me, at least)...

I mentioned "Mac" and was immediately disconnected from chat.
