NG+ Feature Has Run Away

Hey everyone. I was trying to clear up some problems with my ME2 game and uninstalled and reinstalled. NG+ feature has gone. So I reuninstalled and installed again. Still not there. I noticed when I did so that everything in my documents (saves etc.) were still there. I thought maybe I had accidentally deleted the NG+ feature and that was why I reinstalled, but I can't figure out to do a clean install from Origin so that NG+ will be installed again. Any suggestions? Or am I way off target on this?

The NG + feature only shows up when the game knows that you have completed a game, and that info is stored in the bioware file in your documents folder. If you haven't completed a game after a clean install then it will not be available. If all you copied from your previous install was the saves folder then the game often has issues recognizing those saves without you copying the entire bioware folder from your documents folder.
So one of the easiest ways if you have completed the game and have a save from near the collector ship that you can access is to replay the end and see if it will trigger it for you. Other than that, new characters here you come.
