I recently downloaded the following DLC:
Aegis Pack
Alternate Appearance Pack 1 and 2
Arrival
Cerberus Arc Projector
Cerberus Network
Cerberus Weapons and Armour
Firepower Pack
Firewalker Pack
Kasumi
Lair of the Shadow Broker
Normandy Crash
Overlord
Zaeed

I am able to load every level of the Normandy except for the Crew Quarter's, every time I hit the 3rd floor in the elevator it will start to load and then a message will pop up saying:
"Game Error: The disc is unreadable."

I am able to do missions without the game crashing and this error only occures when I try to load the 3rd floor. I have Grunt wearing his alternate appearance DLC armour and I can still talk with him. This crash just started happening when I started a new file today and is now causing the crash across all 4 of my ME2 characters. This crash occurs whether disc 1 or disc 2 is in my XBox. Any and all help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

If it's a consistent crash, which is what you seem to be claiming, then it is a process of elimination as to what could be the problem; i.e., deleting dlc to see which may have an effect of not. (Personally I have yet to have such a crash, but the dlcs I don't have on your list would be the Aegis pack, Firepower pack and the two Alternate Appearance packs; as such I suggest you start with those especially the AA packs.)

In addition, I wonder whether you are playing off of the HDD or off of the DVDs. If HDD then that might explain the consistency (I would suggest delete, install something else and then install ME2 again to see if it is a HDD problem). If it's the DVDs then that is way too coincidental.
