I haven't read the script, but from what I understand, this isn't Joker falling in love or getting his freak on with an android like Data or a Cylon or an Isaac Asimov creation, this is like falling in love with or getting his freak on with Skynet or Hal 9000 controling an avatar.

I wasn't 100% sure as I only read the WIKI and I don't trust that completely. Oh and I think it's actually Jack Harper.
