i put my cerberus code on my bioware account on my pc, but the email is different from my xbox is there a way i can fix it?
i messed up with cerberus code

Depends what you want to do.
You could link your accounts; the dlc should then be 'shared' as it were across your accounts. You'll need to log into your EA account and add Persona to do so I believe.
You could also change the email associated with your Gamertag as well I would imagine. Not sure how that would be done though.
EDIT: disregard the second. Had a quick check and it doesn't seem to be possible, or at least not one of the immediately available options related to Gamertag options.

Additional: forgot the obvious option as well, you could ask EA support to transfer the Cerberus Network from one account to another.
