So I recently bought the Legacy and Mark of the Assassin DLCS and downloaded them. Clicking on their respective .exe files in the Download folder only makes the browser freeze up. Eventually a pop up from the PRC installer shows up, I click okay, and then the mouse indefinitely "loads."
I've already tried running the .exe in Administrator and compatability mode (I'm Vista). I've also tried redownloading the files. If there is anymore information that I should/need to provide, please let me know!

Are you saving the files to your computer or trying to run them directly?? Try saving them and then clicking on the exe in the folder you saved them to.

What do you mean run them directly? They automatically save/download to the Downloads folder, from which I run them. It's worked before for any other DLCs I've bought for DA2 so

I'm currently having this issue with Mark of the Assassin. O.o I guess the download must be corrupted because the computer says that exe is 1.18g while the site says that it's supposed to be 1.2g, go figure. (And yes, I also saved the DLC to my computer :|)
ETA: From what I understand, considering the DLCs are so large that it's taking a while for the computer to load them. Bleh. Finally got Mark of the Assassin installer to load after I wrote the post, go figure.

I had a similar issue (also using Vista) with Mark of the Assassin; I just re-downloaded it, and tried on the newer file (right click- open, if it makes a difference), and that worked. Not sure if this helps or not, but if you haven't tried it yet, it might work.

I had this problem too with Legacy and Mark of the Assassin. If you are really patient it_maybe_can launch after 10-15min waiting time when you started the exe file.
I have F-secure and it caused the exe launch problem. You need to have admin rights when you open system manager and processes, you want to see processes for all users. There is fsgkt32st.exe process or something and it causes the problem. You need to kill that F-secure process and then you can install DLC's. Your virus protection WILL SHUTDOWN for this time, so first thing you do after DLC installations its best that you restart your computer so the f-secure processes get up and running again.
